I promise I’ll stop harping on RIM for a while, but I couldn’t resist — the BlackBerry Porsche P’9981‘s product page has gone live, and it affords us several new looks at the silliest-looking RIM device in recent memory. → Read More
Porsche has decided to begin taking orders for their highly-received 918 Spyder Plug-in Hybrid. Dealers have been given the go-ahead to begin taking orders for the limited (918 units) $845,000 car. This isn’t Porsche Design’s entrance into the world of sleds. That happened back in 2008 with the $480 aluminum sled that loosk more like something that a crafty dad would make than something from one of the top design firms ever. This time Porsche Design cut the price, and by the look of it, increased both the function and ergonomics. And yes, we’re talking about a sled here… → Read More
In what has to be a first, luxury auto manufacturer Porsche will be celebrating its one millionth Facebook fan by carving the names of fans who sign up through the social network onto a special (and probably very unattractive) Porsche model to be displayed in the Porsche museum in Stuttgart, Germany.
For most people (myself included) “Liking” that Porsche on Facebook is the closest we’re going to… → Read More

If you constantly find yourself with a backache caused by sitting on all of the $100 bills in your wallet, you might consider dropping $526 on a sled made by Porsche. → Read More
O.K. this is getting a little out of hand, Fanatec. I know you make fan paraphernalia but does the world really need a 911 Turbo, 911 Turbo S, 911 Carrera, and now a 911 GT3 RS steering wheels? Anyway, this Porsche steering wheel is like all the previously announced versions, just modeled after the high-performance 911 GT3 RS car. Fanatac is striving for realism here so both the brake… → Read More
In case you’re one of those douches that wear Porsche memorabilia and correct people on the proper punctuation of the German namesake, this racing wheel is for you, buddy. The Fantec-made Porsche 911 Carrera Racing Wheel works with both the PC and PS3. In case this wheel seems vaguely familiar, it seems Fantec makes these Porsche-branded wheels for each Porsche model as this one is for… → Read More
It looks like Porsche is branching out from its mainstream-fancy sports car production and into the cellphone game. In this man’s hand is the Porsche Design Mobile Phone P’9521, whose interface looks a hell of a lot like the Prada’s. It’s a flip phone, my least favorite kind, and I have no idea whether or not it’ll be released or how much Porsche would want to charge… → Read More
