Patent Monkey: Apple Faces Patent Infringment Suit On Nike+iPod

The Washington Post reported this week that: “[Apple], the Cupertino, Calif.-based company also disclosed that PhatRat Technology LLC filed a lawsuit Oct. 24 alleging patent infringement.
