Judge Stops RIAA in its Tracks, Denies Discovery to Get Subpoenas

It looks like one judge, New Mexico’s Lorenzo F. Garcia, has finally stood up to some of the RIAA’s shady law practices. Specialized Judges Could Mean Less Expensive Gear
