T-Mobile Sidekick Gekko revealed

Well, here it is, folks, the Sidekick Gekko/Aspen. It’s still unclear which name T-Mobile will be going with, but it’s clear that they’re the same device. From the looks of it it’s pretty obvious that the Gekko takes design cues from the iD and you may be able to customize the bumpers. Hiptop3 also has word that the screen on the Gekko will be the same Sharp AQUOS LCD that… → Read More

According to Phone Scoop, the FCC has approved a new Danger Hiptop. The devicefalls somewhere between the Hiptop 2 and 3. PC-150 is the model, but all of the details are not yet clear. What is known is that the device does not have Bluetooth and that’s about all that is certain. So it could be released on some provider other than T-Mo for all we know. The confidentiality request on the FCC… → Read More

Mark/Space Discontinues MissingSync for Hiptop

<img src="http://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2007/01/Space and now, like the Autumn leaves dragged down the storm drain, it is gone. Is it really that unpopular to use a SK3 with a Mac? What's going on here, people? Is it a corollary effect? The more potential Swavorski crystals on a device the less you actually want to use it for something useful? Oh well. Anything else out… → Read More
