    New Energy Star Standards Require 40 Percent More Efficient TVs, Cable and Satellite Boxes

    The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on Wednesday announced an upgrade to its Energy Star requirements for televisions, and cable and satellite boxes.
