It’s not like the device is any huge surprise — a handful of leaked images effectively spilled the beans earlier this month, and the… → Read More

Leaked Tutorial Videos Show Clearest Image Of Motorola Droid Razr HD To Date

    Droid-Razr-HD-Verizon-videos

The Droid Razr HD has been making its way around the rumor mill for quite some time. Back in April, we noticed that EXIF data from a Picasa picture indicating that the long-rumored handset was in pre-production, and leaked images in June confirmed it.

But today a few tutorial videos were leaked onto the web (which have since been removed). Luckily, however, we have a few screen grabs that show… → Read More

The 7-inch tablet is the successor to Samsung’s original Android tablet, the aptly named Galaxy Tab, but this newer model features a more slender casing, 4G LTE and tasty Ice Cream Sandwich.

After Nearly 9 Months, Verizon Wireless Now Shows ESRB Ratings In Its App Store

    esrbirds

You would think that implementing a parent-friendly app rating system that was blessed by both a video game watchdog group and a major wireless trade association would be the kind of thing that deserves a bit of fast-tracking, but there haven’t been many signs of progress in the nine months since the system was announced.

Well, that’s no longer the case — Verizon Wireless has just announced it… → Read More

It reported diluted earnings of $0.64 per share (that’s up 12.3% year-over-year) on revenues of $28.6 billion (up 3.7% year-over-year). HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE Review: Solid Little Phone, Awfully Big Name

    inc4g01

Does bigger always mean better? It depends on who you ask of course, but more than a few major smartphone manufacturers would probably say yes. Even the notorious hold-outs at Apple are rumored to be working on something a bit larger than their usual — in short, the race to be the biggest doesn’t show any signs of letting up.

If you’ve been itching for an upgrade and just can’t wait for a Galaxy S III, expect to shell out $149 (after a mail-in rebate, sadly) for the new Sense-powered slab. → Read More

For a brief time, they’ll be selling the Galaxy Nexus with a two-year contract to new Verizon customers for the low, low price of $0.01.

HTC Reveals The Verizon-Bound Droid Incredible 4G LTE

Pusher Man: Verizon Reps Will Push Android Over iPhone? Not So Fast

    Pioneers-Pusher-Man

A post on CNN Money found that during a quick assessment of 10 Verizon stores and reps in New York – arguably a small sample size – the representatives would pitch Verizon’s Android’s 4G phones over the “old fashioned” 3G iPhone. Said one rep: “The iPhone is a great phone, but it’s on 3G. I’m not going to recommend a phone that’s outdated.”

Verizon Could Be Biting Off More Than They Chew With Their LTE Plans

    verizon-4g-lte

There’s been more than a little bit of Verizon news making the rounds today, and on the surface, it all seems like good stuff. Verizon will cover 200 more markets with LTE by the end of the year?
