Mission

Launched in 2009, Oakland Digital is the first community-driven, not-for-profit, digital marketing agency that trains young talent of color to create social marketing campaigns for under resourced, women-owned small businesses. We are building the next pipeline of creatives by providing them real-world opportunities to work with Oakland small businesses while being mentored and trained by design and tech professionals, leading to 21st century employment. Oakland Digital has boosted the local economy by 2.5M, impacting the lives of over 3,000 lower income Oakland, CA, small business owners (ages 40+), design students (ages 18-34), and entrepreneurs in transition.

Connect with Oakland Digital via Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and email at info@odalc.org.
