Interactive presentation startup Prezi has been in quiet mode lately, but invited us behind the scenes to discuss its startup roots in Budapest, Hungary, and juggling two offices in different time zones.
Prezi pulls in clients the likes of Salesforce, Lufthansa, Marriott and IBM to create unique presentations. It has also seen an explosion in growth since hitting the scene in Silicon Valley – taking a slice of Microsoft’s PowerPoint users with it.
The startup surpassed 60 milion users this year, with more than 190 million presentations created and viewed more than 1 billion times so far, according to the company.
I hopped over to Prezi’s San Francisco headquarters to chat with co-founder and president Peter Arvai about what the company is up to now.
