Namely, The All-In-One HR Platform, Hires Radhika Samant And Teresa Dietrich

Namely, a startup that does all the heavy HR lifting for you, is today announcing two new strategic hires in the form of Radhika Samant and Teresa Dietrich.

Samant was previously CFO at EnterpriseDB, where she led human resources and operations and was integral in raising $60 million in funding, as well as growing out the team. Dietrich, on the other hand, was SVP of technology operations and security at WebMD, where she led a team of approximately 100 engineers. She was previously at Aol Tech and has nearly 20 years of experience working in the tech sector.

Alongside Samant and Dietrich, Namely has also pulled in Debra Squyres from TriNet, who is now VP of client services for the startup.

According to Namely, the HR industry averages around 18 percent female executive leadership, with Namely well ahead of that at 50 percent.

Namely provides payroll services, time-off tracking, benefits connections and talent management (things like onboarding, employee reviews, etc.). The company has raised more than $77 million in funding, including its most recent $45 million Series C led by Sequoia.
