Today is an exciting day for Secret, one of the most talked about new startups in Silicon Valley which just raised another round of funding.
I sat down with Secret’s co-founder David Byttow this week for a revealing conversation about his time as an engineer at Google, Medium, and Square, and how he gained the courage to break out on his own as an entrepreneur.
Regarding privacy and security concerns at Secret, David said:
“This is an active area of research for us. It gives me hope, because there is a real need for this product. If we cannot get privacy and security right, we cannot exist.”
