Menlo Ventures Managing Director Shawn Carolan stopped by the studio for our Ask A VC series.

Carolan, who focuses on consumer tech investments for Menlo Ventures, chatted about how he sourced the firm’s investment in Siri, which was acquired by Apple and is the underlying technology behind the company’s “intelligent personal assistant.” Carolan also addressed the firm’s recent departure of Shervin Pishevar, and the addition of newest partner, Venky Ganesan.
