Kleiner Perkins’ partner Chi-Hua Chien was in the hot seat for this week’s Ask A VC series.

Chien, who has helped led investments in Spotify, Klout, Path, Twitter, and Zaarly, among others; discussed his thoughts on mobile-first, and how startups should approach iOS and Android vs. mobile web.
