Today we’re throwing a TechCrunch Mini Meetup in Barcelona where we will have a couple of panels from VCs and entrepreneurs, and a number of pitches from some of the city’s hottest startups. Everything you need to know about the event is here, but to summarize: We think Barcelona is on the brink of becoming Europe’s next tech cluster.

If London and Berlin are hot, then Barcelona is poised to get hot – and it already has the Californian weather to prove it.
