The idea is that you find people who can do jobs for you that you share a mutual friend with, or perhaps worked at the same company or went to the same school. It brings much more social validation to hiring people. And they are getting significant traction. We spoke to founder Iain MacDonald during the F.ounders conference at the Nasdaq in New York.
