Comments on: Kwaga launches WriteThat.Name to semantically update Gmail contacts

Kwaga’s website says the following: “We will not ever share any information such as email addresses, or ever write to any of your contact list.” Why, then, did I just get an email from Kwaga saying “Some of your contacts use WriteThat.Name, a new service that updates address books based on the linguistic analysis of email signatures. These informations about you were added to their address book:”? Did Kwaga just violate its own privacy promise?
