Some kids wanted to be firefighters, doctors, and movie stars. I wanted to grow up to be either Boba Fett or a sky pirate. Final Fantasy III and Skies of Arcadia helped nurture this ambition, and while I’m no closer to it now than I was then, at least there are kites like this that remind me that the sky will one day be mine.

This awesome denim kite is sold by Grey Label and handmade “in Bali by father Mâdé and his 2 sons.” Looks like it might need a pretty fresh breeze to stay aloft.
