Do you think white cables are BORRRR-ING SIDNEY BORRR-ING? So do the folks behind the Juicies Kickstarter project. These oddly shaped cables promise all sorts of fun as you plug in your sundry iGear. The cables will be “sustainable” and will come in multiple hues.

I have spent the past four month researching, conceptualizing and tinkering with material and I found out that it is actually possible to make most of the cables we use from more sustainable ingredients.

I am passionate about this project for two reasons: I love color and I love the environment! My colored cables make me happy because I know they were created sustainably. My cable makes my desk more colorful and adds some life to it, it starts conversations and allows me to express myself. It charges me!

You can get one cable for $20 right now or all colors for $100. For $200 you get all 10 plus a box of pineapples (I know, right?) Anyway, it’s barely funded right now so go lend a helping hand.
