NERF goes way back — all I’ll say is that I hated those foam arrows. Now, NERF wants to do something else, because they just licensed their name for a ton of electronics. The new toys will make their debut in time for the holiday season this year. Sakar, NERF’s parent, will offer digital cameras, video cameras with NERF branding. Also, to get the branding will be MP3 players, walkie talkies, binoculars, flashlights and headlamps. I’m not sold of this whole thing yet, I can only imagine little yellow MP3 player/scud missiles or digital camera dart shooters.
