Is that handset up above the successor to Samsung’s Galaxy S? According to Korea’s ETnews, it is indeed.

While they’re not spilling the beans on where they garnered the information, ETnews is claiming that lil’ black beauty up there is none other than the tentatively titled Galaxy S2. As the story usually goes around this time of year, we’ll supposedly be hearing a lot more at next months Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Of course, that doesn’t mean it’s too early to start floating some spec rumors; according to their sources, this thing will pack a dual-core CPU, a 4.3″ Super AMOLED display, Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), and an NFC chip for stuff like swipe-to-pay mobile payments.

Given how dang good lookin’ the last few Samsung flagship devices have been, I get the feeling that the sort-of-generic handset render up above doesn’t quite capture what this thing will look like in the end. Your thoughts? Comment below!
