Ask a VC: Lightspeed's Jeremy Liew Awaits Your Questions

Jeremy Liew is my guest on Ask a VC this week. He’s a guy with plenty of Web battle scars. He was an early employee of CitySearch back in the mid-1990s, a senior executive at InterActive Corp. and a senior executive at AOL. (You know, before AOL was cool again.)

He’s been at Lightspeed Venture Partners since 2006 and his investments include Playdom, Kongregate, LivingSocial, RockYou! and Serious Business, which was acquired by Zynga.

It’s Liew’s first time on Ask a VC, and I have a feeling it’ll be a good one. The first time I met him was at an entrepreneur retreat. We were sitting in the back of room listening to a talk by a person who will remain nameless. Most of the audience was rapt with attention, but Liew happened to say exactly what I was thinking, “This guy is full of shit; I’m outta here.” If you ask Liew a question, expect an honest answer. Check out some blog posts here to jog some ideas.

We tape in a few hours so send your questions to askavc(at)techcrunch(dot)com now.
