Just last week, T-Mobile announced the Android-powered Optimus T would be hitting their shelves on November 3rd. At just $30 bucks, it’s mighty cheap — so cheap, in fact, that we figured it was the cheapest Android handset on the market.

T-Mobile just lowered the bar a bit further with another handset scheduled for a Nov. 3rd launch: the Huawei Comet. After all rebates and contracts are said and done, this one’ll set you back but one solitary ten spot.

Sure, it’s not the beefiest handset on the block — but what would you expect for a single Hamilton? Its got a 528Mhz CPU, 3.2 megapixel camera, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, GPS, 7.2mbps HSDPA, Stereo Bluetooth, and an FM Radio tuner.
