When the Windows Phone 7-powered Samsung Cetus first poked its head out just a few days ago, we used our wild powers of deduction psychic-ness to determine that it was en route to AT&T.

Sure enough: it’s en route to AT&T.

The Cetus just popped up in the FCC database, and its certification label doesn’t leave much to the imagination when it comes to the carrier — that is, unless you can think of another way to interpret “SGH-i917 (ATT)”.

We know this thing will have a big ol’ 4″ 800×480 screen. We know it’ll have 802.11b/g/n WiFi, FM radio, a 5 megapixel camera, and a front-facing camera to boot. What we don’t know.. is what it’ll look like. I poked our sources at Samsung, and all they’d say is that it’s “Like a Galaxy S, except with Windows Phone 7′s ‘Start’, back, and search keys on the face”.
