First, sorry for my poor english.
Poor operation was performed by Permira. eDreams is a company with no value. The Amadeus search engine used by eDreams is the same used by many travel agencies, physical and virtual (on-line) The problem is that it operates as a fraudulent company, not only has no phone for your claims, plus they have not a mailbox for these, something unthinkable in a on-line services company. There are quasi-criminal practices such as charging fees without authorization and then they expect the client claimed. Also the use of data from credit cards that are in possession even when not made any transaction with them on his website. This company has many fraud complaints. Permira should have been informed before getting into these mess.

Mala operación la realizada por Permira. eDreams es una compañía sin ningún valor. Utilizar el motor de búsquedas Amadeus lo hacen un montón de Agencias de viajes off y on-line. El problema de eDreams es que opera como una empresa fraudulenta, no solo no tiene un teléfono de reclamaciones sino que ni siquiera tiene un buzón de correo para estas, algo impensable en una empresa de servicios exclusivamente on-line. Luego están las prácticas cuasi-delictivas como cargar cobros sin autorización y esperar que el cliente reclame. Incluso utilizando los datos de las tarjetas de crédito que están en su poder aún cuando no se haya hecho ninguna operación con ellas en su portal. Esta empresa acumula denuncias por fraude a cascoporro. Permira debería haberse informado antes de meterse en esos berenjenales.
