Looks Like Apple Is Suing HTC (Again)

Whether we’re talking about the EVO-challenging Droid X or the QWERTY-sliding Droid 2, Verizon’s had one hell of a time keeping the latest additions to their Droid lineup under wraps lately.

Of course, just because some of the juicier details have already spilled out doesn’t mean Verizon won’t make a big fuss when they’re ready for it to be officially official. They’ll be be pulling back the curtains on what they’re calling the “Next Generation of DROID” in just a few hours — and, as usual, we’ll be there to cover it live.

The event is scheduled to start at 10 A.M Pacific (that’s 1 P.M for you East Coast folks), with our liveblog firing up at right about the same time. Be it that the BART plays friendly with our ridiculously early jaunt across the bay, I might get the liveblog juices flowing a bit early for the sake of getting you guys some photos from the venue and providing you with some good ol’ fashion commentary.

Will they announce the Droid X — or will they announce the Droid 2? Better yet, will they announce both? Find out bright and early later this morning.
