Foxconn employees, with the help of Apple, will receive a 66 percent raise. The increase will raise the average salary from $132 a month to about $292, an impressive number. There is a required performance review period for three months before the raises will be doled out.
I’d be curious to know if these workers also have to sign the anti-suicide pledge that circulated a few weeks ago.
