So I’m scrolling through my RSS feeds when I come across this Reddit post detailing one person’s account of Logitech’s great customer service. It reads, “I bought a Logitech G5 about 3 years ago. The feet wore out so I emailed Logitech. I was a month beyond the warranty but I just received my brand new G500 (upgrade!) for free! Logitech rocks.”

That’s all. I just wanted to shout it out. Logitech does rock and its efforts needs more praise. Just last week Logitech Tech Support contacted me through my personal email account stating that they think they have resolved an issue I had with a Harmony remote and they would like to replace the one I got a year ago. So once again, Logitech rocks.
