Bad news and good news. You can probably guess the bad news if you read the headline. Plastic Logic has officially delayed the Que. You may recall that the Que was the one e-reader at CES 2010 that stood above the crowd thanks to its very thin casing and large screen. It was supposed to ship mid-April, but the company can’t meet that deadline. The new shipping timetable is mid-summer.

Plastic Logic is stating that they delay is “to fine-tune the features and enhance the overall product experience.” Sorry, pre-oderers. At least there’s some good news for you as the company is at least going to cover the shipping costs. That’s nice of them, eh? Plastic Logic is probably hoping it’s enough to keep at least a few from defecting to the less expensive iPad.
