It actually took longer than I would have expected for someone to come up with a good mocking of Google’s “Parisian Love” commercial that played during the Super Bowl yesterday. But today brings us just that.
The video comes compliments of the Upright Citizens Brigade Beta Team “The Brig.” They’ve named their video “Parisian Oops” and have given it the tagline, “Romance, Consequences, Awkwardness. Search on.”
Update: We’ll embed the video in a bit when it goes up on YouTube (their embed is throwing fits). For now, watch it here. Funny stuff.

They should’ve dubbed themselves “The Bing”.
The best part is the baby got to live!
Huh! unplanned pregnancy! :)
Uh, I’d have to say that this is an instance where the original is better than the spoof. Not a G fan, but that’s my take.
(That said, what’s up with the truffle search result? Provided that the progression started with a search for chocolate, shouldn’t the result(s) portrayed have been for a “chocolate truffle”, not the sort of truffle we use pigs to locate buried in the earth? Anyway, that’s been stuck in my craw.)
That’s funny, but not as good as the Tiger Woods one. I also think there are so many directions you can go with this meme that I’m sure we’ll see an even better parody soon.
How about someone makes a real video that shows a person clicking on ads on the right hand side instead of results, and ending up on eBay to buy a centuries old truffle
Autocomplete Me has a good one too:

Hmm….they could have made it more interesting!!
Here’s the YouTube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yflo17gyliM
Fail. no continuity here, searches are unlinked.
Looking at Google’s commercial is more clever with hidden parts… On a keyword it shows you that the “user” doesn’t click the first result.
Umm…apart from the translation from Spanish, they are all linked.
Oh come on… STFU you Google fanboy & go Google “how to get a sense of humor.”
since when is abortion supposed to be funny???
I mean we all know that the “day after pill” is actually an abortion
The “day after pill” is insurance against the 3-5% probability of malfunction of the condom if it breaks. Even if the condom failed, and bodily fluids were exchanged, there is usually less than 20% probability of pregnancy.
So you multiply those two together, the “day after pill” is insurance against 0.6-1% probability of pregnancy. How is that abortion if you are only 1% sure that you are pregnant in the first place?
George, get some brain cells before beating the anti-abortion drums.
meh…that was lame as f*k

embed away
Except French girls don’t have a problem with taking the morning after pill. That’s probably a US thing.
It would have worked better though if they’d have replaced Paris with North Carolina. More funny too.

Also of note, the “Roman Polanski” suggestion in #2 as he is typing “roman…”. Oops.
Ok this HAS to become a MEME!!
There’s loads of great spoofs out now, we even created one!
