I don’t know how I feel about this $44,990 F1 simulator.

On one hand, it’s a fraking F1 car mounted on top of a motion simulating gizmo. You turn left in the game, the car shifts left. How cool is that? Plus, it’s a Vodafone-sponsored car so you can be just like Lewis Hamilton.

But doesn’t it look janky? The whole thing is held up by a beefed up pallet. Then for $44,990 you only get a 19-inch LCD. And the steering wheel is a just a Logitech. You see what I mean?

I would expect for that type of coin that the simulator would be closer to the Fanatec RennSport Cockpit which has three LCD screens and a great steering wheel. Not that it really matters what I think. I can’t even afford to attend a F1 race on my blogging salary, let alone think I’m as cool as Mr. Hamilton.
