Google SDC provides an encrypted data tunnel between enterprises and Google while Microsoft federation gateway/services connector is only for exchanging identity/security information not for accessing general data. But I’m sure MS will have Azure’s version of SDC soon.

Suprising to see the GOOG follow MS on this one. Azure introduced the federation gateway, services connector, etc at launch.

Google should do really well in this sector given their low cost patented servers. Should provide great reliability and low cost to enterprise customers.
