Put your iPod Touch on the juice

Google Ventures Almost Ready To Launch, But It Is A Bad Idea

juicyIf you’ve been thinking that your iPod Touch is looking a little too skinny, and needs more battery life, then Mophie has something for you. They came out with a version for the iPhone back in October — we reviewed it back in January and it didn’t meet our expectations (it made Peter feel dirty). Hopefully they’ve worked out their manufacturing issues.

The Juice Pack provides a case and battery extender in one package, intended to protect your iPod and add up to 42 hours worth of audio playback. You can also charge your iPod and the extended battery pack at the same time. Assuming that you don’t have the problems we did, you can expect the same benefits that we initially saw when we reviewed the iPhone version.

Still priced at $100, the iPod version should be available at your favorite retailer very soon.
