This kre-8 cellphone concept is only for music buffs

Last week it was revealed that Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg has been using Twitter, the microblogging service he’s been trying to buy – since last May. His @zuck account remains private and largely unused, but he now has a new public one: @finkd. After the story broke he now has over 8,000 followers.

However, more interestingly, he has been trying out Tweetdeck, the desktop Adobe Air app for Twitter developed by UK-based Iain Dodsworth. Tweetdeck was recently funded for $500,000 by New York based Betaworks.

So, I guess if Mark decided eventually to pass on Twitter, he may well be interested in a powerful desktop client instead…

Hey Mike – don’t think I’ve ever commented to correct spelling/grammar on a blog post before, but you probably want to change ‘pubic’ to ‘public’ before Mark steps in and lays the smackdown.

Interesting stuff… I wonder if he will prefer TweetBench (when it’s available). I know I prefer it already :)

Mike- by the lack of posts recently and this fluffy piece of nonsence that isn’t “news” or of any interest to anyone, its obvious there isn’t mush happening on the UK tech scene at the moment
