There’s a new PSP firmware update lurking around and it remains to be seen if it will be pushed out to everyone. At the moment, it’s only available via a Japan-only title, Idolmaster SP. Firmware 5.05 is installed onto the UMD. It appears to be a minor update and nothing to lose sleep over, but we’ve reached out to Sony just to make sure.
