Wow, really nice deal on this Plantronics headset at Buy.com — $12.99, down from a list price of $70. I have an earlier generation and it’s really good at blocking out ambient noise.
I use mine for the CrunchGear live podcast and it’s filtered out car horns, barking dogs, doorbells, construction, and noisy neighbors – all stuff that I thought would show up when listening to the podcast later but turns out not to have been an issue. They’re good for listening to music and gaming, too.
