Years ago, I used to do real time collaborative concerts over the internet between New York, Japan, and San Francisco.  This was back in the late 90&#039;s.  It was very exciting at the time to feel the energy of the different crowds and performance spaces projected on a big screen in the venues.  The artistry and musicianship was remarkable.  The resolution was terrible and the delay, almost painful.  This was clearly a glimpse of the future though.

There&#039;s a real opportunity here.  We have sufficient technology right now to accomplish quality real time transmission of great creativity and performance, interaction and intimacy with audiences.  Let&#039;s see how far we can take that.
