Dan “Fake Steve” Lyons appears on CNBC and basically takes down Jim Goldman, the fellow who believed everything that came out of Cupertino up to and just a little beyond the ultimate admission by Steve that he was really sick.

Dan has it right and, I’ll admit, we once fell into an earlier, more forgiving camp when it came to covering Apple. However, by thinking Apple could do no wrong we were doing you guys a disservice. While we love the products – they’re great creative tools and put all the good stuff I like to use in one pretty package – their behavior these past few weeks has been unconscionable. But who cares, right? It’s goofy old Apple, always doing something amazing!
