As you recall, we kept getting emails from a Diego Norte who we later discovered was actually James Brausch. The emails, which were sent to us “editorials” kept coming even when we unsubscribed. Pretty innocuous stuff, but it was consistent and repeated behavior and you couldn’t reply to the emails and ask to be removed: the address was basically a black hole.
Here’s one of the emails:

Motivate Yourself
Many people work in a job they dislike for one reason or another. So, as an alternative way to support themselves they try becoming their own boss. Home based and Internet based business are becoming the new way to work. However, if someone isn’t self motivated it can be difficult to stay focused on the work need to be done to make their business work. This can be a set back and even the downfall of their business.
How hard is it for you to get motivated and stay motivated about work?
Well here are some tips on how to make getting and staying motivated about work.
1. Plan your day – it can be difficult to be motivated when you see the clock slowly making its way from hour to hour, making it seem like eternity until 5 pm. So plan activities into your day, like the tasks you need to achieve. Also make time to stretch your legs or enjoy a drink. You will be amazed how quickly the day goes by and the things you will achieve.
Great, right? Well, it seems Brausch has decided to stretch his legs and make a drink and post a complaint on me at the same location that he got nailed.
John Biggs is involved in a lot of scams and is a known spammer. He almost ripped me off for almost $2, 000 but I saw through his scam.
Now he continues to harass me by email and won’t remove me from his spam lists. He spams under multiple names including Charles Masterson, Rick Neumann and Robert Phillips. When confronted with his spam, he denies it and blames others.
Stay far away from this spammer and scammer if you value your money or a clean inbox.
This was after repeated requests to be removed (note this email was received on the 23rd, ten days after I posted the DoD post.)
My request is that we bomb that complaint with lots of truth about my person including, but not limited to, saying that I enjoy mastication, that I am a practitioner of the dark tonsorial arts, and that my wife and I enjoy filangie-to-filangie contact. Go nuts. If I’m going to get a complaint, I want it to be a good one. Also, please call me Charles Masterson from now on.
James: Feel free to drop me a line apologizing for spamming and you no longer have to be a douche on the second or first page of your Google results and you can go back to being some guy who offers Timothy-Ferris-esque advice to rubes. john @ crunchgear.com
