Its only those who are still clinging to wanting to do EVERYTHING in Java without having to learn a new language or platform that are still an audience for JavaFX and quite frankly those people aren&#039;t the early adopters and such that will make the types of innovative apps necessary for JavaFX to rise above the noise of Flex and Silverlight.

Sun would do well to find a better business model than &quot;if we make it, eventually we&#039;ll find a way to make money on it&quot; because that model died in the 90s with most of the customers that Sun made its fortune on.]]></description>
