The case of “Casio claiming there is a fingerprint within the a camera and therefore the company will not fix it under warranty” has been resolved. The manufacturer has recanted, repaired the camera, and even gave the consumer a free 8 GB Class III SD card for his troubles. Nice to see a company acknowledged its mistakes and resolve the situation. The whole situation kind of begs the question on if the issue would have been fixed without the power of the Internet though…
