They just took a hit with the downgrade too. Things need to be changed at the Auction Giant before more and more people jump ship and migrate over to big players [such as Amazon] and new up and comers [such as Wigix]. And to think, 10 years ago we thought all shopping was going to be done on eBay in the future.

It’s interesting to see what will happen. Hopefully a decrease in the level of salaries, as I heard some really crazy expectations lately.

Last time I had it out was pop of dot-com bubble, when I was doing media, communication, publishing, tech deals. That was a great lesson. This recession gonna be much worse (no new bubble on horizon to bail out unless government debt and printing presses, but that has own set of probs). But out of each recession comes great opportunities and this will be no different. Good time to be a bootstrapping startup, IMHO. Bad time to have a burn rate. Buh-bye is what happens there.
