Get a Gnip account, go the del.icio.us filter page, add you JabberID and a comma separated list of tags in the “Tag” form, and voilà you get del.icio.us bookmarks posted to you in near real-time. You can also track bookmarks based on their URL or their author.

I haven’t found how to create filters for Twitters since they don’t use tags but it’s probably already possible, I’m just missing something though (the API doc is not very clear).
