As we learned yesterday, Lazertag is cool and it’s really cool when the Lazertag kit looks really cool. This DIY tag rig, however, looks decidedly uncool but is considerably cheaper and, in a way, cooler than the store-bought version. It uses a toy gun, a micro-controller, and a piezo buzzer to recreate the what I can only describe as the first BBS-punk DIY toy.
