CVG is getting excited about this job posting. After all, if you get the job you’ll “define the next generation of gaming software technology.” Unfortunately, it’s a sad fact of job postings in general that they slightly exaggerate the importance of the position in order to score overqualified applicants.

“As part of a next generation team, you’ll be instrumental in helping to lead the development of the engine that will power future experiences for the next generation of gaming platforms.”

Essentially, you’ll be a coder. Let’s not all start frothing at the mouth here, but yes, some of your code will probably end up in Halo 4, or Marathon 7 as I prefer to call it.
