Any guesses? Commenters on Flickr say it’s Jazz (he’s dead), Tracks, Wheeljack or Hot Rod. In case you haven’t been following TF2 news, parts are being filmed in Long Beach, which is supposed to be somewhere in China. Other photos from the set can be found here and here.
