Not actually the 50d but probably close
Oh boy — another camera I can’t afford! I was already fretting about being too poor to get the 40D (but contemplating it anyway) and then they have to drop this beauty on my lap? Canon, give me a break. Here are the vital statistics:

Canon 50D

  • 15.1 megapixels>
  • Digic 4 image processor
  • 95% magnification pentaprism viewfinder
  • 9-point AF (come on Canon, is that all?)
  • 3-inch LCD
  • Adjustable speed autofire: 6.3 or 3fps (that’s nice)
  • 16 RAW/60 JPEG buffer
  • Live View and associated goodies
