Microsoft tapping Hollywood for exclusive Zune content?

Looks like Microsoft is putting out feelers at “talent agencies and production companies” in Hollywood to perhaps get a little special love from those guys to put on the Zune. Who knows, maybe the Zune is just one major ad away from blowing up, and all it will take is “Exclusive Terminator: Salvation featurette, only on Zune Marketplace” or some such.

The device itself is certainly ready for prime time, but potential customers need a reason to pick it over the iPod default. I don’t pretend to be able to fathom the consumer mind, so I’ll defer predicting the results of Redmond’s little content foraging mission for now.
