It’s great that big companies fight for the market share and consumer benefits in the end. We have used Microsoft’s reseller’s version of hosted Exchange. They offer 24×7 US based support for a higher price than Microsoft Online’s licenses. I prefer the hosted version so far as we don’t need to have an in-house admin to check on it when things break.
