I wonder if that’s going to continue now that Xandros owns them.

I think you’re right Cameron when you say Mac OS X’s new found popularity over the last several years is hurting Linux. Myself, along with many other users purchased a Mac because it provides a more unified interface on top of the Unix base that we depend on.
