Steve Gillmor and I today met with the guys from the newly-launched Gnip web service and Plaxo, one of their launch consumers. We talk with Eric Marcoullier and Jud Valeski from Gnip, and Joseph Smarr and John McCrea from Plaxo.

The conversation begins with an introduction to Gnip, how Plaxo integrated and then the key problems facing web services, data formats, standards and a lot more.
