This photo purports to show the as-yet unannounced Nikon D700 with a 24-120mm lens.

The photo first appeared on a Chinese blog. Perhaps Nikon has already starting manufacturing it en masse in China?

As a pretend photography hobbyist, I’m actually interested in this in more than a professional capacity. Where in Nikon’s lineup will this be? Will it replace a camera, or be an entirely new entry?
